NLA ANNUAL PICNIC
Cy Wilsey, CPL, Land Manager, U.S. of Homestake Mining Company chaired the picnic and served as the chef.  Attendance was very good and the food was excellent.  Pictures of the picnic can be viewed through the Current Events calendar on the web site.  Thanks so much, Cy!
NLA WEB NEWS
The NLA web site started its second year of operation 9/1/2000 - nicely coincident with the assessment/annual fee year.  Bill has renewed our web hosting service agreement for an additional year.  Pictures from the annual picnic are to be found at http://nvlandman.org/picmap/pic2000.html.  This is also linked from the What's New and Events Calendar pages.

We have added a link to the GLO Federal Land Patent Record site: http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/default.asp.  This site is quite good.  You can actually retrieve patent document copies from the site and download them digitally.

Bill Houston, RLP,  LandInfo Services, continues to serve as NLA’s Webmaster.   Please be sure to pass along any comments, suggestions, web links, etc. to Bill at 775-746-2434 or wghouston@juno.com.

SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE YOUR NLA WEB SITE ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.
