The 2000 Membership Directory has been mailed. None of the directories were returned so it is not too far off! Bill Houston has already made some changes on the website directory. For those of you with Internet access, please review the information on the web site and contact Susie Mason at 775-824-4000 or e-mail at smason@nvlandman.org if there are corrections required. Any misinformation in the printed directory will be corrected in future issues of the Communiqué. (send business cards of changes and we will copy them) Contact Susie Mason

The NLA web site started its second year of operation 9/1/2000 - nicely coincident with the assessment/annual fee year. Bill has renewed our web hosting service agreement for an additional year. Pictures from the annual picnic are to be found at http://nvlandman.org/picmap/pic2000.html. This is also linked from the What's New and Events Calendar pages. |
The annual institute in Vancouver was well attended (approximately 675). The speakers were good and were well received. The next annual institute will be in Santa Fe, New Mexico (July 19-21, 2001), followed by Lake Tahoe (2002). The next special institute is "Ethics and Professional Responsibility in the New Millenium" to be held in Denver on December 8, 2000. For more information, please use the NLA Links to the RMMLF web site. |
