About Our Firm
We’ve been practicing law in Reno and all of Nevada for more than thirty years. We handle large cases and small, from personal injury claims to complex corporate transactions. Mr. Erwin and Mr. Thompson formed Erwin & Thompson LLP in 2000. Mr. Faillers joined the firm in January 2018 after practicing for several years with Harris, Thompson & Faillers.

For decades we have maintained a mining law practice in the heart of Nevada’s mining country.
